Figuring out exactly how many grams of protein, carbs and fat you should eat every day to reach your goal (lose fat, build muscle, or stay the same).Why do we do it?If you just count calories, you might eat 2,000 kcal of pizza and ice cream, you’ll feel terrible and lose muscle. When you hit the right macros, you keep/lose fat, keep/build muscle, have good energy, and stay full. It’s the most important part of building or maintaining a strong physique.

Body Composition 

Body composition is simply what your body is made of. Instead of just looking at your total weight on the scale, body composition splits that weight into different parts good body composition = more muscle + less excess fat It’s a better sign of health and fitness than just your weight alone.
