How It Works
1. You tell me your goal, experience, equipment and lifestyle
2. I build you a completely custom training program (workouts, cardio, steps, habits)
3. Every workout lives in an easy to use app on your phone — videos of every exercise, sets/reps, rest timers
4. You film your sets (just phone on the floor is fine) and send them to me 2–3× per week
5. I analyse every rep, give feedback, and adjust the program weekly (or daily if needed)
6. We check in every week via voice note or Zoom (10–15 min)
7. Unlimited messaging — ask me anything, anytime
